Even if lead plays a smaller role in crime outcomes than Mielke, Nevin, and Reyes suspect, it’s possible that it contributed to the most violent time and place the country has ever seen, especially given the extremes found in HANO. What’s known without a doubt is that communities don’t thrive when poisoned, regardless of whether that poisoning is the disease or just another symptom.

You're an avid anti-socialist, or play one on the internets. Does the wife know?

I think he brushed up on his Latin to go with The Donald to visit the Pope to argue that lead paint should be banned, somebody please tell him we already did that, enough already.

Mark has probably taken his Civil Rights agenda up to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yo-BGLoCDZU]Evergreen College in Washington State[/url] lead laws are nothing but environmental justice laws, SJWs need to be where the action is.

Ah yes, you read me as saying : " Jeder nach seinen Fähigkeiten, jedem nach seinen Bedürfnissen". Actually Karl stole this from the French socialist Louis Blanc. Dick CotCom? How did you know I was associated with Kim Dotcom? Kim has offered to come to the United States and testify against Hillary if they will grant him immunity, of course they may not be necessary since the Bernie Bros are suing the Hillayites claiming that she had a couple of them murdered.

The environmental nuts are going crazy here as to who gets the Volkswagen settlement money:

Volkswagen agreed to invest $800 million in installing charging stations and other infrastructure to support an expansion of electric cars. But environmental justice advocates are pushing back, saying the carmaker’s plan doesn’t do enough to bring clean car technology to polluted areas where many residents are poor.
“Priority will be given to areas where VW can make the most money, places like Palo Alto, Beverly Hills and La Jolla. VW pays lip service to low-income communities—and the real money goes elsewhere,” Dean Florez, a member of the Air Resources Board, wrote in a recent op-ed.
Florez, a former legislator from the Central Valley, was appointed to the board following a 2015 law that required adding two environmental justice representatives. The air board also recently hired an executive, Veronica Eady, to coordinate environmental justice work throughout the agency.
Eady, a lawyer who recently moved back to California after living in New York and Massachusetts, said she’s awed by how much power the environmental justice movement here has gained: “There is a real partnership with the Legislature that has really put (environmental justice) issues front and center.”
Expanding government boards to include environmental justice representatives is becoming more common in California. Last year lawmakers passed a bill to require an environmental justice representative be added to the Coastal Commission, and this year, a bill proposes adding one to the Transportation Commission.¹
Do we need charging stations for the rich in their Teslas so they won't have apoplexy over their range anxiety? Or should we just give it to the poor so they can buy beer and pot, and munchies too. Or maybe spend it teaching people to wash their hands? How ironic, Hitler works personally with Ferdinand Porsche designing a car for the common people, a car that is economical and one that all can afford in the coming socialist society, Eighty years later that car ends up poisoning the poor people who disproportionally live near freeways, or was it the lead paint that poisoned them? Or was it the residual lead from the prior ethyl gasoline? But wait a minute, Volkswagen was killing people with diesel cars, there's no lead in diesel, I guess the only important thing is to get the money from the rich corporations and give it to the poor, and of course the sainted Tesla owners.

When all else fails go to the ad hominem attack, pure Alinsky, when Trump was elected you disappeared, back for more SJW training?

Recalling Allan's "Trump's Wall" thread that disappeared in what some have called "The Purge" there was threatened violence on the floor of the Texas legislature:

Hours ago, as supporters of illegal immigration massed to protest the policies being put into place by the new White House administration and the Texas State government, two Texas legislators nearly came to blows in the Capital.
According to Republican legislative representative Matt Rinaldi, he was accosted by Democrat Poncho Nevarez.
The argument stemmed from the fact that scores of protesters were waving signs in Austin, TX, with many identifying themselves as illegal immigrants. Rinaldi reportedly had enough of the disturbance and contacted ICE agents. When Rinaldi advised the House Floor that the agents had been contacted, Nevarez apparently lost total control of his faculties and began assaulting him, to the point that other legislators had to step in to break up the fight.
Nevarez then directly threatened violence against Rinaldi because of his call to ICE. Reports claim that not only did Nevarez threaten Rinaldi’s life but indicated that he would wait for Rinaldi to leave the legislature and would get him on the way to his car.
Rinaldi, who is a concealed handgun licensee, responded by saying that he would shoot in self defense if forced to and reportedly said that he would put a bullet in the head of Nevarez if confronted.¹
Is the radical left on the verge of starting another Civil War?

You asked me "What homes are you talking about?" I assumed you were asking about homes I knew about with peeling paint, I chose the most outrageous example of peeling paint that I've ever seen. I might ask you, why do you always want to talk about lead paint? Hopefully Pruitt will drop all enforcement of these regulations or better yet, clear them from the regulations. If we are going to purge 50% of regulations from the CFR what better than the lead paint regulations? We voted to drastically reduce regulations, I know they've got a lot more important things to do but the sooner the better.

These are not only an EPA regulations HUD is involved, and the head of HUD is a medical doctor.

It was originally intended to apply only to public housing but vastly expanded.

BTW, lead paint is still allowed and used in many countries in the world, it's also used by most artists who paint in oil, since you constantly "throw this in our face" in your words what next, go into the museums and tear all the oil paintings off the walls --- for the children? Many artists are complaining that it's getting harder to find white lead paint pigment when the titanium whites don't give the effect they want.
