  • Rugged PC

Looking to go with a rugged laptop to take to my job sites and also take into the woods to be connected while hunting, fishing, etc.

I always believed Panasonic was the best, anybody have any experience?

Ah, Mark is always so unhelpful.

The Toughbook is supposed to be the cat's meow...always in a Cop car too.

For a whole lot less $ & lbs you can have chromebook, or ipad even, in a WP case. Happy now, Bob, or would some bondo help?

I think I'm going to go fully rugged with a Panasonic Toughbook 31. I do like the Dell dg mentioned, but in general I don't like Dell. I have had plenty of lemons.

I want something that I can take to a job site and not worry. Then when I spend hours and hours per day hunting this fall, I want to be productive. I know it sounds stupid, but if I can get outside I'll do it. Even if I have to work some.

The Panasonic's seem to be tanks, with very few issues if any at all.

Those aren't up to the task. I need something that can be rained and snowed upon.

You need more than IP68? Details matter....
