You send me your molder blanks, pay for the tooling and I will run your moldings for $100.00 to keep you from killing yourself...or worse yet, someone else.
You CAN'T do it on the machine you have. Ask your friend who works at the millwork shop, since you don't trust any of us, maybe you trust him.
I've run plenty of moldings on several machines and before I turn the switch on, I always think of a local shop that has a molder knife stuck in the wood ceiling. That happened when the operator hit the switch after being interrupted by a phone call and forgot to check that last cutter for tightness. Do you have any clue what that would feel like going through your chest?
