    Quickbooks Pro 2014 freezing

    Does it have to do with only having 4 GB of Ram? I keep it open all the time with Quicken 2014. That program starts out with a black screen and then slowly opens up after clicking the taskbar icon. Half the time Quickbooks Pro freezes and shuts down.
