    That wall should be replaced. It may be standing now, but it will not perform well over time. If the GC tries to hand this off to the future homeowner, and the bldg. inspector allow this to happen, they should both be hung in the front yard, for all to see.

    Oh, they'll probably cut it out and re-do it, but not before they try to sweep it under the rug.. and build a house on top of it. ;)
