Billions, not trillions. And I only have a high school education.

I did it again, I see 2,658 million is 2 billion, 658 million, still a lot of money to pump into our corrupt university systems every year to try to prove that the earth is warming.

“It is not an endlessly expanding list of rights —the “right” to an education; the “right” to health care; the “right” to food and housing. That is not freedom. That is dependency. Those are not rights. Those are the rations of slavery – hay and a barn for human cattle.” - Alexis de Tocqueville

Dick, you have shown some relatively unrelated information.

Since it is on the table lets do some comparison.
Say the cost of the Iraq war, the cost in body count and the return (ROI)

How much did that, the Iraq war, cost, what was he body count and what was the gain.

Now take the same criteria and apply it to the federal spending on renewables.

And just for the heck of it let's look at the long term costs and gains.

    Wonder how those graphs look?

And if there is a chart maybe we can look at the individuals, organizations and corporations who gained and those who lost.

I am looking forward to seeing those numbers.

The ROI would be a lot better if Obama didn't get things all screwed up. When Bush left, things over there were at least somewhat contained.

What's your freedom worth? What's it worth to keep the economy going, and not sabotaged by Islamic Terrorists? I don't think you look at things from every angle and so you fail to see the unintended consequences of your ideology. Clearly, you have an ideology exuding profusely out of your post.

You need to take a remedial Logic class.

Let's say the Iraq war was a real bad deal, financially and otherwise. Does that constitute a good reason to make other bad deals and other bad decisions?

Hint: Subjective opinion can be defended. Bad logic can't.

Again my dear friend, you are missing the point.
What is unclear is are you doing it on purpose or do you really not get it?

Or maybe you need a basic class in reading comprehension.

Anyway, you need to understand that government has a purpose, and you want to take away it's true purpose and replace it with something the government has no business doing. This is how tyranny happens.

Antenna tilting at windmills. Very Quixotic. Anything else we should note in that picture?

    Hmmm...

Wind Capacity Added in 2013: 141.1 MW
Wind Capacity Added in 2012: 1825.9 MW

    What happened?

I'm confused by all the links, are we saying Obama's green energy plan is only successful in Texas where it is built by undocumented workers?

Yes Sir Francis, I can see why you might be confused.

Maybe try thinking about cotton candy or tax cuts.

Indeed, only 1,084MW of new wind capacity was installed in the US during 2013, good for just fifth place worldwide.

or coming up with 1032 2013 mw's is EIA

    Decimal points can be tricky.
