insulating a cantilever when floor is always cold
I have a cantilever that floor is always cold in the winter. It is right above a concrete patio that is approximately 3 to 4 inches below the cantilever. I can see house wrap that is coming off towards the house side but can't get to it because it's about 3 feet from front of cantilever to basement foundation. Also I think this is where mice have gotten in for the last 5 years since this is the only place I can not get to.Is this possible to insulate and box in to keep the floor warmer and hopefully eliminate the mice problem.I guess am a little concerned about moisture and the proper way to insulate and box it in if possible.Any suggestions?
