Default Clear coat for fir entry doors

    Hello.

I've got two new exterior fir doors that my client wants either lightly stained and clearcoated or just clearcoated. We're still working that out. Currently the doors have no finish of any kind on them. They're straight from the factory.

At any rate, what do you guys use for exterior clearcoating? One door is under a sizable front porch roof and will see little, if any rainfall. The other is a garage entry door that is under a one foot overhang. It may see some rain. What do you all like? I'll be doing this myself -- by hand, i.e.- no spraybooth.

    Thanks.

My painter uses a 2 part system - I believe its from ML Campbell.

    This could be it: https://www.mlcampbell.com/products/...es/euro_series

    The finish is outstanding.
