It was washed and recoated with Flood CWF ever 2-3 years. No pressure washer just a good bath. Between the covered area and open deck it is just under 1200 square feet to care for, not counting the pergola.

Because I selected the post, there was not a lot of sanding. Just enough to pretty them up.

The 90 would not be the best choice for 6x6's.

Check with the AHJ, what we say doesn't matter.

Thanks Tom for the info. I have used the CWF and liked it. However for most of my customers the idea of every 2 years or so doing a recoat is not their favorite. But it is that or let it age to grey.

I agree that you would want something bigger than the 90. I did not keep the 90 but did return it. Felt it was just not as well balanced or something. Like it was too tippy and felt that it was a bit awkard to handle in the agressive mode. Too small a footprint for the power it had. If I got one I would probably go with the 125 which is closer to what I am used to using and feel it would be a good compromise size. However, will probably wait until I see if the deck is a for sure thing before plunking down the $500 for the thing.
