Shane Holland is a great guy and a wonderful Representative. He cares about the Customer and it shows just as Eric mentioned. When it comes to Good customer Service in any industry it only takes that one person.

Most people get really excited about a brand because of what it does for them....be it Festool or Ford. Personally I try really hard not to promote or advertise for a company thats not paying me. I even refuse to wear clothing that has large logos. If I could by my tools without branding I would!
