Help Me ID Door Pivots

I'm refinishing some doors, and I'm hoping to replace the door hardware as well. Ideally I'd like to get a new set of the same exact pivots, that way I can reuse the screw holes in the metal jamb. Can anyone ID these parts? The top and bottom pivots are Rixson 117 1/2, but these intermediate pivots are not Rixson according to their service department.
