Windows, Anderson, Marvin, Jeld Wen

Hello, My wife and I are in the process of building a new home in wyoming, I need to get windows ordered, The price on the Jeld Wen are around 10,000 for all they are the vinyl type windows. I have been looking at other windows. Anderson 100 series, seem similar to jen weld vinyls, Anderson 400 series look like they are really good quality. Marvin Integrity look good as well. I am getting mixed signs from the net on the Marvin windows. I believe the contractor has a quote for arount 24,000 in integrity windows. My question is there really 10-14g difference in the quality of windows? We have a Home Depot and Menards 125 miles away. I thought about shopping those but would like to keep business local if feasible. The house is 3000 sq ft with basement, .Thanks for the input.
