drywall ceiling patch

any how to guys out there want to explain good method of patching these two drywall holes??

This is pretty basic dw stuff. Is matching the texture what you're concerned with ?

Its a bathroom and not too big. Go over existing ceiling with new dw. Crown or appropriate molding around the perimeter.

I agree with Steve. Probably much better looking job and much easier to just go over it all with a new layer of drywall. About the only other option is to do the patches and then apply a whole bunch more texture so you are basically covering up the old texture and creating your own new look.
