Sometimes we have to walk plates, and we do. The majority of the time we find a more comfortable way, not because of OSHA, I have never seen them in 27 years, but because of common sense and wanting to stay healthy for family in the long run.
It took a while to change mindsets, but now it comes natural and feels good.
Wow, and all this without the intervention of OSHA! Maybe God gave man a brain afterall. All those tooting the OSHA horn must be nothing but scarecrows.

I certainly wouldn't want to slide down any roof backwards and upside down. If I did, I'd hit the bottom "L" kicker that I always put on the bottom and I'd probably get at least a bump on my head. If I bounced over it and fell off the roof, I'd try to remember Jerrald's trick. But, I will try to add a full twist too for extra difficulty points.

Sticking the landing is the trickiest part....
