I was able to snag this a couple days ago even being without power until today! This book is from a long time framer who even retired continued to help Habitat!!

I plan on reading it and passing it down the line, so whomever PMs first will be next, and I'll pass on the list!

I read it and was not quite sure what I was expecting. It was good to read about how he grew up and some of the influences in his life. I did enjoy it and just donated it to my local library with some other books on construction since they needed something a little newer than from the 80's.

I'm finding this a sort of history of residential building as well as some family memories of growing up. Some of the depression thoughts causes one to think what it was like, if possible to imagine. I'm over half-way thru and find it a lite and enjoyable read!
