    Default Milwaukee mitersaw not fixed

It was some 7 months ago i posted I was having trouble getting this saw fixed .big 12" milwaukee slider .I can't figure it .I got them to ship it to there factory 3X, it returned each time with a note saying it had been cleaned and adjusted .I tried a forth time but a Gal tells me that I need to go to page nine of the manual and adjust it .
recently I have mailed these pictures and sent several emails .I have gotten no reply's .Besides being stuck with a junk saw this is extremely frustrating .not sure I want to deal with anymore humilating calls.
the cut line shows the gap 1/3 of the way up and the tear out at the end of the cut on the left. the turn table is low on the left causing saw to grab and bind .not much good for anything .
Do I have any rights ,any leverage ?
i hear people say milwaukee makes better tools .Owned a lot in my years and I like the color but cannot say I would bother again .This harbor frieght with a Big price tag

It sucks that you are unhappy with the saw. If you cant get a refund just sell it for what you can get on CL. Or just drop it from a bridge and watch it explode into pieces. Either way get yourself a new saw. You have probably lost enough money between time and aggrivation to have purchased one anyway. Write it off and buy a new one. I like my Bosch and the dewalts I have used are nice too.
I think I am done with Milwaulkee brand stuff too. I have a few drills and I am not impressed. The milwaukee sawzall I have is good but I've heard the makita is better.

I had one of the Milwaukees on a cart when HD was clearing them out about 18 months ago. By the time I got to the check out with that big heavy box I changed my mind. After reading about the various problems, I'm glad I did.

Still useing my 100 (an exageration) year old single bevel chop only Bosch.

I can't give you any advice specific to that particular saw but here's a thought. I've owned allot of miter saws some good, some crappy. I have never been impressed with the alignment on any of them. Some are close and lots of times close is good enough. But when I need a saw that has to get it right I always build an auxiliary bed and fence that I can adjust to a perfectly flush plane and perfectly perpendicular fence. Typically I like to use a piece of 3/4 mdf. Plywood moves too much. I span the rotating base and secure to the two fixed bases. Usually I install with four counter sunk screws right into the metal base. Sometimes if possible I prefer to drill through and fasten from the underside. Same goes for the fence. This is the best method I've come up with to deal with this type of issue. Also, it helps if the saw has a stop to limit the depth of cut. In an ideal world the blade shouldn't cut all the way through you new table. I have used 1 1/4 MDF before if the depth of the cut need to cut all the way back to the fence is over 3/4" thick.

The draw back to this method is a reduced cutting capacity, but I always figure what good is a bigger capacity if it's wrong? Give it a shot before you CL it it might just do the job for you.
