I'll be doing one later in the year - on Wed., December 5. We bumped it back from August 22 - my thinking was nobody much is going to care about webinars in the week or two before Labor day.

This webinar will be a "technology for builders/remodelers" type of talk. I'm doing it with my pal Steve Lewkowitz who was most recently the VP of residential construction for Pivotal Corp. (they make very advanced CRM tools) and has been an industry consultant for as long as I have. Steve originally worked for K. Hovnanian (http://www.khov.com/) a national mega-builder.

Anyway - since we haven't really finalized the content - if anyone would like us to cover something specific, I'm happy to oblige as long as it's relevant to the topic.

We're going to concentrate on actual client case studies - stuff that is implemented and working for other builders/remodelers we work with - vs. a "petting zoo" like I do with "Cheap Tricks." (I review every 'Cheap Trick' to make sure they're good, and/or I use them myself ...but haven't necessarily used them with clients) This webinar will show working solutions - probably system oriented like :
- How to automate a PO system
- How to automate document production with merge fields /CRM
- How to do your daily QC walk transmitals
- Clever ways to meet/work remotely.

So if there's a topic someone would lke me to cover in December - let me know.
