    Jim, this sounds positive for Detroit. Are the labor unions going to have their finger in this at all? I didn't know that Quicken Loans were in Detroit. I contacted them when I was looking at refinancing my mortgage. I turned them down because they were like buying all your groceries off the Schwanns truck.
