Ladies and Gentleman. A link to egonomics for "little people" would be apprciated
We all have "code" for stairs, stair widths, handrail heights, steps and and risers for "grown ups"
What I want is links to dimensions suitable for "little people" who are not adults
"pre school" 3-5 years and upwards. I would also like to know when the "adult" dimensions kick in
EDIT give me the information in imperial and I will happily convert to metricLimey Carpenter

You can also look at regs for schools and daycares.
