Have you any layout tool suggestions? storey stick type
I am looking into storey stick layout tools for laying out multi position biscuits / clamex type fixings for small workshops or on site work.
My initial research says my best bet is a north american manufacturer. Incra is one company I have found on the internet.
My requirement is that the storey stick must have movable back stop............ much like a thermometer. IE the scale does not start reading at Zero in centigrade ( or 32 degrees farenheight)Limey Carpenter

Here are some links that I found interesting on the idea.

The last one was originaly an April Fools joke, I think

Richard, thank you for your rapid response.
I recognise Lee Valley for 2 things. 1 their tools and 2 their April Fool's jokes
Their approach appeals to me. Serious tools for 364 days a year
then they take one day off................ i will look at the other linksLimey Carpenter

In addition to Domenic's, check out the rest of Woodpeckers site, they have very nice tools. Here is another of their story sticks. http://www.woodpeck.com/storystick.html
Check out the one time tool page too, those are one time runs of a tool but they do offer some again in the future if it's wanted. Get on their email list so you know when they come out with specials or new one time tool offers.
