Thanks guys. Sorry I was offline a few days. All great points, I do agree I want some language in the contract to address these issues and hopefully won't need to write a small novel.
Yes Dan- that is exactly what I was referring to. Most little tykes have a parent/nanny around, but the 14-17 yr olds are often left at home and if I have only 1 person on a job, I want to try to avoid any potential issues. But I think as Dave said, phrasing it as no "minors" on the worksite will work.Sue Burnet
