Bostitch Gas Framing Nailer?
Anyone got one of these? They are cheaper than the Paslode cordless framer over here. This is for a remodelling project coming up, not production use. Can only find negative reviews!

Re: Bostitch Gas Framing Nailer?
I've been told by a couple of dealers that the Bostitch gas nailer is made for them by Hitachi (they look very similar, too), so I'd expect it to have similar problems to that model (if any). I went for a Senco GT90CH to replace my last Passy. Same model is also sold by Rawlplug and Draper. Can't say about the Hitachi/Bostitch as that's the mkII model and I've only used the mk I model. I can say that the Senco is slightly longer than the Passy making it a bit more awkward to position on 600mm centres. The upside is that it carries more nails. It will also fire at sub-zero temperatures and above my head - neither of which my old Passy could manage.

Re: Bostitch Gas Framing Nailer?
We've been using the Bostitch for awhile and it does a great job. The wire weld nails are great, but can be hard to find. We order them through Amazon.
