Dow Froth Pack Results?
There are several old homes in my area that have Stone foundations with sill beam.
Often daylight can be seen around the beams.
I have been looking at the Dow Froth Packs for insulating these areas. They are sold based on the coverage amount which is listed in board feet (12 board feet would be 1 cubic foot and is approx. $45)
Is this the a good solution for insulating the sill beams and rim joists of existing homes?

You do need to be careful that you're not trapping water. Plenty of these old foundations are funky and can often pitch into the building under the sill - if you seal up an area that was draining before, you can rot the sills.

I agree with the water comment.
