Making an assumption.
Lead based paint is equal to or greater than 1 mg/cm2 or .5% by weight. 25% by weight would be 50 mg/cm2 (in theory).
As you know, 50% lead content was used years ago. Some talk about even 80% or in my way of thinking 160 mg/cm2.
I'm saying this in theory. As we know if 1 layer of paint has .5% ... then you paint on another layer of paint with 0% ... did a paint chip sample ... it would read .25%. Anyway .....
