I am out of this business and need to sell.

Actually, I never started the business. I performed two trial audits on my next door neighbor's homes and that was all it was used ever.

Minneapolis blower door Model 3
Age and condition: its about 2.5 yrs old, used twice; stored in my house entire time - in great shape. DG-700 pressure and flow gauge included;

Age and condition: about 2.5 yrs old, NEVER used, never even taken out of its bag! DG-700 pressure and flow gauge

Other:
* Tectite software
* padded fan case
* serial cable, USB to serial adaptor
* Ring C, for lower leakage new homes -never used
* computer stand
* large and medium pressure pan (no pole) -never used
* exhaust fan flow meter
* colored hose kit (195' hose in 5 colors) - never used
* duct mask case with 6 rolls - never used

That was the original system I bought; paid $5402 for it, after my 5% discount

Willing to throw in some weatherization manuals, audit books, that maybe handy for you as well. And whatever other publications I can find I will send to you. Those books alone are worth a few hundred dollars:

What happened Dennis, just curious why you never started?

I got shoulder surgery - humeral head implants in Nov 2008 and March 2009
it took 6 months after that to get back to normal
by that time, I was already resuming my previous career in semiconductors and working California

I had no time to do this part time and definitely was not going to do energy audits on a full time basis.
