Re: How to legally circumvent RRP?
I'm glad to see this topic still alive. As Catspaw suggested earlier, I haven't gotten any response to any of the questions I asked of the EPA via their Q&A site.
The other day I ran into a buddy of mine in the same business; remodeling Hadn't seen him for years. He took the RRP class and by the end he decided it wasn't worth it and that he just won't work on any pre '78 houses from now on. I think this is a common response and that those of you who choose to jump thru the hoops will have a lot less competition for those "older houses".
