Beer Thread
All the non-construction posts have sent me to the liquor store in need of a good drink. Picked up a few 6 packs for the fridge and figured we needed a beer thread. Tonight, I'll be drinking Sierra Nevada Tumbler. It's new from them and is brewed for the fall Harvest season. Fall beers are great by themselves, but the reminder that winter beers are around the corner always makes me happy. My brother bought be a few bombers for my birthday. Some will sit for a while, but I can't wait to crack open the Oak Aged Yeti from Great Divide.
What is everyone else drinking this weekend? Any local favorites?"American political opportunities are heavily loaded against those who are simultaneously intelligent and honest" --Richard Dawkins

NB 1554 & 3F's Dreadnaught, the latter given by a neighbor for putting their crib together over 3 months ago. Coming home isn't always bad, but the baby at 2 weeks is still ugly. Beer did not help last night, but that may have been due to too low a quantity.

Re: Beer Thread
We have a great little brewery in Texas that produces my personal favorite...Shiner Bock Beer.
They also have a pretty cool website.

Re: Beer Thread
I got some Steamwhistle Pilsner chilling in the fridge for later but I'm drinking a late harvest reisling and digesting a diner of fresh caught trout and veggies right now.

Re: Beer Thread
Here Richie, buy this for the first ex, drink all the beer you want but first you have to buy carbon credits for all the CO2 you'll be releasing.

Re: Beer Thread
Even that won't help her technique, Dick. Will I need carbon credits for both ends?

Sweetwater IPA or 420 here- brewed locally, but available nationally now, I believe.
