    I say good for him, too bad the price is 1/2 what it was 2005-2007. But I'm sure we won't see him in any soup lines.

    My guess is he is taking what he can rather than risking possible unforseen negative news between now and then.

    But, to me, it seems positive that things are looking up for Toll and the market as a whole.

    I have no idea what is going to happen nationally, but I have seen positive news (like this). I've got believe there is some pent up demand starting to build, not that I would expect boom times anytime soon. I actually have quite a bit of potential business now, and getting ready to start 1-2 specs, if I can get financing. I have one spec being designed now, goes to engineering next week. Bunch of custom work I'm circling, not sure how much will go to contract.
