I find this issue and its recent surge in the mainstream media (Lou Dobbs etc.) to be fascinating.

Not enough evidence. Obama, despite repeated demands, has never presented the evidence that he's eligible to be president. That fact that his lawyers keep finding ways to avoid the issue when it is raised in court strongly suggests to me that he has something to hide. (I.e., why doesn't he just do the simple thing and present his birth certificate?)

I got a hunch the numbers that think according to the statement above are dwindling, and fast. The birth certificate issue just might be what gets Obama out of office. In reality though, if it is, it will be more about his incompetence and lack of qualification, but it will just be easier to use the birth certificate as the reason. The link below is not going to bode well for Obama. It will probably be less about of his policies that will do him in, but if it comes down to a birth certificate, I'll take it. He's just got to go! More people will start seeing and admitting he's got a chip on his shoulder as well as sat at the feet of Jeramiah Wright too long. This is still his first year, can we make it til 2012? Anyway, based on his character and intelligent level, there will be more screw ups to come.

Huh? The Cambridge police did act stupidly, with prejudice and arrogance. It's what police do- they just did it to someone there who had the ability to draw national attention. If it was me I'd have a nuisance complaint on my record and no way to get around the fact that the police can and very often do trump up charges and lie to support one another to justify arrogant and what would be (for anyone not a police officer) illegal actions.
