Introducing Myself
I just wanted to say hi and give everyone a quick introduction. I'm the son of a father and son general contracting partnership here in Nova Scotia, Canada. Our business is primarily residential construction.
About 7-years ago we started to construct ICF homes and now about 75% of our new projects are ICF.
I'm looking forward to the JLC forums. The whole forum idea is a new thing for me so I'll need some guidance. I have many questions (probably everyday I'll think of something) and respect everyone's opinion.
Thanks.

Re: Introducing Myself
You're in the right place, welcome aboard. We've got at least a couple of ICF guys, one of them made the New York Times a few months back in an article about ICF construction.

Re: Introducing Myself
Thanks everyone for the welcome. I think I'll like it here!
As far as the Cabbits go... my brother-in-law's girlfriend swears she had one. It looked like a normal cat but had longer back legs. Can't say I've ever seen any but who knows. Dogs have mated with coyotes so anything is possible.
I'll try to post some pictures of our work. I'll do a search on how to post pictures.
Weather here lately isn't to bad... just cold (with wind chill –20 for me or around 0 for the non-metric folks). Not a lot of snow... about 4 inches or so. The southern end of the province was hit hard with snow the last couple of weeks.
Again, thanks!Merrill
