    Default Overhead cranes

Any crane experts out there? In his very dusty fabrication shop, my granite guy has a three ton overhead traveling crane. It has largely stopped working. The travel motor spins but the clutch doesn't engage. The hook raises but doesn't lower. Any advice other than open up the control boxes and blow out the dust? We have pulled the contacts away from their busses and cleaned those good and opened up the box on the travel motor and blown it out as well. Could there also be dust in the control buttons? It looks weather tight but dust can get anywhere.

Fixed it three weeks ago. Dirt in the contacts. Thanks.
