We have a customer that is heading your way in June. These folks moved here from San Antonio and are returning. Both are officers in the US Army and currently own a home in the area that is rented. They are talking about selling this house and building a new one. It is claimed that they have not had a good contractor experience in your neighborhood yet. Some of the complaints are sloppy work, lack of protection for adjoining areas, lack of communications, etc. If you are not one of these and would like to send me a PM containing your contact info I will pass it on. We have had nothing but good relations with this couple and will miss them.

Some of the things we did to impress them include giving them a reference list and copies of insurance certs at our first meet, showed up on time and delivered as promised, clean work area, talked with the kids and pet the dogs.
We installed vinyl siding on the front of their house, closet doors, minor electrical work (no we didn't use a licensed electrician). Currently we are painting the rest of the exterior and nippin an tuckin to spruce up for the market.

I hope to give them a short list of interested contractors as a going away gift. I will not specifically recommend anyone, just pass along the contact info.
