We are a drywall contractor about to start work for a major builder in a Delaware subdivision. Neither one of us is physically located in Delaware though.

My concern is - it looks like getting a State of Delaware Business License is very involved.
NOT as simple as giving a gross receipts estimate, proof of insurance, and paying a fee. (Which is usually the process for county licenses).

Can we work in Delaware without a State License since we are working under the major builder. We are licensed where we currently work, and are now getting workers comp and general liability for Delaware.
