    I can pull the main disconnect switch to disconnect everything. There is another disconnect for the neutral. The main 400 amp disconnect is on my side of the meter.

    I was informed that the way the service is wired that it is NOT a Sub-panel. It is just another main panel

    It is on a 20 amp circuit with 10 ga wiring. I will switch the breaker to a 30 amp.
    I just copied the fuse box for breaker size. It was on 2 20 amp fuses before.
    The fan does run off 120v

    You are absolutely correct but I don't know that they were available at that time. I'm sure had I seen them I would have went that route. I will look into retrofitting to my frame.
