I have used www.screeneze.com on a number of screen rooms/porches with good results. Not the cheapest solution, but that much screen is not cheap whichever route you go.

To further your investigation I would cut the union off and see if that blockage is in the copper portion of the pipe as well.

Yhe cladding on the large gable is cedar shingles cut to form the shape you see. I will trying to duplicate that same look on a smaller scale on the small front gable where this new turning will go....
