It is up to 33 published RRP enforcement actions, three of them with zero fines. Yes zero, not even $1! While they hit a painting company for about $4,000,000, that was for work on 101 projects. However, none have been announced in the western USA. I recently learned they are auditing contractors working for a large money fund which is buying houses. I suspect some of the fines in California may be rather large.

I'll be in Washington, DC giving a presentation at the EPA hearing on expanding RRP to public and commercial buildings on June 26.
