    Anyone have tips on preventing repetitive stress injury or carpel tunnel due to taping drywall all day.

    Try soaking your affected area in ice water as long as you can tolerate it-at the end of the work day. This offers a natural relief. Good Luck.

      Are you only talking about taping or also 2nd and 3rd coating? try to use the backhand as much as you use the forehand stroke. For an exercise, extend your arms straight our so that the fingers also meet and then twirl your hand in a circle so that the fingers just touch; you will feel your elbow muscles stretching. This helps me!

        Machanical taping tools are a help because you will get more done so you don't have to work so long. There are new types out now that are Very user friendly.
