Is there a way to sync Outlook notes with my iPhone?

I know there was a way to sync Outlook notes with iPhone through iTunes, but I simply can't find this option in my iTunes.
Does anybody know how to solve this issue?

Windows 7
iTunes 12.4.1
iPhone 6

Go to Settings ->"Mail, Contacts,Calendars"-> Select the Exchange Account. There you should see the options for "Mail" "Contacts" "Calendars" "Reminders" and "Notes" slide the button to Green to turn it on.

Thanks for your advice, Randy.
I've tried Companionlink and Akruto for 14 and 7 days respectively. Now I think that I would stay with Akruto because it works with iPhone's native notes app.
