Angle/Corner Sanding

How do you fellas sand your inside corners..just with the pole sander or do you follow that up with the sanding block?

I like the corner sanding sponges that you hold in your hand. That way your face is close to the work and you see the areas that need attention and you are less likely to sand too far.

I just use a pole sander and angled sanding sponge. I ahve seen some guyes who use automatic tapeing tools use the double sided corner sanders. They work good for a ruff sand in but still need to be touched up by hand.
