how are you guys doing a barrel vault for your customers? What sizes have you done recently? and thirdly have you incorporated a barrel V with a tray at the bottom?

I just met with a customer last night and these design questions came up, I have seen these individually, but not combined.

I don't usually do any framing but recently I installed a barrel ceiling in a hallway using the Easy Arch metal arches. They worked great. I recently met some people from Radius Track and you can make yourown curved framing using their tool and I think you can order curved framing from them. easyarch.com or radiustrack.com
